RustTip

OnItemPainted

OxideCarbonItem

Called when an item is painted.

void OnItemPainted(PaintedItemStorageEntity paintedItemStorageEntity, Item local0, BasePlayer player, byte[] local1)
Method changed — check — the game method differs from the one the hook is recorded for in Oxide. The hook is still called, but its place may have shifted — worth checking after an update.

Parameters

paintedItemStorageEntity
PaintedItemStorageEntity
local0
Item
player
BasePlayer
local1
byte[]

Return value

voidThe return value is ignored — the hook only notifies.

Example

private void OnItemPainted(PaintedItemStorageEntity paintedItemStorageEntity, Item local0, BasePlayer player, byte[] local1)
{
    Puts("OnItemPainted");
}

Works in both Oxide and Carbon: Carbon loads Oxide plugins as is.

Injection point

Rust.opj (Oxide)
void PaintedItemStorageEntity.Server_UpdateImage(BaseEntity.RPCMessage)

Passes: PaintedItemStorageEntity paintedItemStorageEntity, Item local0, BasePlayer player, byte[] local1

Method changed — checkReturnBehavior: ContinueArgumentBehavior: UseArgumentString (this, l0, a0.player, l1)Assembly-CSharp.dll
